 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

TAXES

All applicable taxes on works contract, such as sales tax, turnover tax applicable from time to time will be charged extra. Any and every change in the future in central and state government taxation structure from present would be communicated to the Client and the same as applicable implemented and billed to Client.

ESCALATION CLAUSE

Should there be an unprecedented rise in the cost of Raw Material, Fuel, Labor, or any commodities which may directly or indirectly affect the cost of services offered to the Client, the contractor will petition the Client for a change in rates which shall be calculated on the market forces witch govern its.

FORCE MAJEOUR

During force majeure i.e. floods, riots, earthquakes, strikes etc, the contractor should provide the maximum possible services in given circumstances. The Lump sum charges would be charged as applicable during this period of force majeure , however if it should continue beyond fifteen days services shall be provided on specific mutually agreeable terms and conditions.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The pertiod of contract between the Client and INDIAN CATERERS should be for a perod of one year, renewable and mutual concent.

CHANGE OF RATES

Rates are based on the scope of work and the services offered. However, in case of increase or change in scope of work the rates will be revised.

INVOICES

Invoices shall be raised for the previous month. Reimbursement of the same within seven days of date of submission of the invoice.

MOBILIZATION PERIOD

The mobilization period after the receipt of a Letter or Intent in Writing would be minimum 15 days.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

The Contractor would be responsible to collect garbage related to food service from canteen and all service points and dumps it at a site designated by the Client in the premises. The Client will arrange to have it further removed or disposed with the help of the local authorities.

COOKING FUEL – GASLINE

Client to provide us with the proper gas line connection. Cooking fuel costs will be borne by the contractor.
