INDIAN CATERERS SALIENT FEATURES ON ITS EMPLOYEES DEPLOYED AT CLIENT SITE
The Contractor shall abide by the rules and regulations, which the client may from time to time or adopt for the care , protection and administration of the Canteen and the General Welfare and comfort the Visitors CLIENT’s and it’s Guest.
The Contractor will fulfill all the requirement of statutory provision of Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour( Regulation & Abolition ) Act and other Labour laws applicable to his job at his own risk and cost in respect of persons employed by him. The Contractor shall maintain the records required to be maintained under various laws and the authorized representative of the client indemnified against all such risks.
The Contractor shall take insurance policies for sufficient amount to cover himself against third party Workman’s compensation etc, and will keep the client indemnified against all such risks.
The Contractor will withdraw immediately any of his employees. who in the opinion of the Client are undesirable and the decision of the CLIENT’s official in this regard shall be final and binding on the Contractor and all such removal shall be at the expenses of the Contractor and replace them without delay.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
INDIAN CATERERS will provide and maintain a professional and efficient catering services at canteen. By deploying sufficient number of trained, experience competent production and service personnel.
We will be responsible for procurement of raw materials and ingredients.
Meals and food required will be hygienically cooked using best ingredients to Ensure wholesome nutritious and tasty meals.
We will ensure necessary measures that the food is protected against contamination by maintaining high standards of sanitation practices and personal hygiene.

HOUSE KEEPING
Daily up keeping of the guesthouse premises.
Periodical deep cleaning.
Providing guest amenities, toiletries -handsoap, shampoo, toilet roll, glass covers, paper napkins, DND card, scrubbing pads etc.
Changing of bath towels, napkins.
Changing of linen.
Laundry services.
Maintenance follows up.
DAILY CLEANING
Cleaning of room, passages, dining room, living room, and all areas of the guesthouse.
Providing of dis-infective in the toiletries and air freshening materials.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through out the guesthouse.
The complete premises will be thoroughly cleaned every day.
INDIAN CATERERS WILL ALSO DO THE FOLLOWING TASK:
Dusting and wiping of all furniture shelves etc.
Washing down, cleanings disinfecting of all floors, corridors, steps and common areas.
Removing all garbage and replace cleaned bins with liners Garbage’s will betaken to designated area from where Client will arrange for it to be disposed.
Clean all pantries. kitchens, sinks, freezers, refrigerators etc. daily.
Clean all doors and windows regularly. However cleaning of windows would be only from inside.
Wipe down all interior walls and keep clean.
Dusting and vacuuming carpets regularly.
Regularly clean and sanitize all work areas.
P C monitors would be dusted down with vacuum.
Special cleaning
At actual cost to be borne by the CLIENT subject to prior approval.
CHARGES FOR CATERING & HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
After see your site
Charges inclusive housekeeping services at your site, consisting of site office, control room, kitchen & dining hall, common lounge, corridors and passages, Approach and parking area, Housekeeping material, Manpower, Travelling, Printing and Stationery, Administrative, management fees and other incidental Costs.
Description / Responsibility
Shall include cost of deployment of professional / Experienced
Manpower to carry out qualitative services such as.
Housekeeping.
Co-ordination with external agencies and utilities.
Cost of High quality materials.
Indian caterers Management fees.
Other related overheads.
Under the stipulated services directed by client.
COOKING FUEL – GASLINE
Client to provide us with the proper gas line connection. Cooking fuel costs will be borne by the contractor.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
The Contractor would be responsible to collect garbage related to food service from canteen and all service points and dumps it at a site designated by the Client in the premises. The Client will arrange to have it further removed or disposed with the help of the local authorities
MOBILIZATION PERIOD
The mobilization period after the receipt of a Letter or Intent in Writing would be minimum 15 days.
INVOICES
Invoices shall be raised for the previous month. Reimbursement of the same within seven days of date of submission of the invoice.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
TAXES
All applicable taxes on works contract, such as sales tax, turnover tax applicable from time to time will be charged extra. Any and every change in the future in central and state government taxation structure from present would be communicated to the Client and the same as applicable implemented and billed to Client.
ESCALATION CLAUSE
Should there be an unprecedented rise in the cost of Raw Material, Fuel, Labour, or any commodities which may directly or indirectly affect the cost of services offered to the Client, the contractor will petition the Client for a change in rates which shall be calculated on the market forces witch govern its.
FORCE MAJEOUR
During force majeure i.e. floods, riots, earthquakes, strikes etc, the contractor should provide the maximum possible services in given circumstances. The Lump sum charges would be charged as applicable during this period of force majeure , however if it should continue beyond fifteen days services shall be provided on specific mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The pertiod of contract between the Client and INDIAN CATERERS should be for a perod of one year, renewable and mutual concent.
CHANGE OF RATES
Rates are based on the scope of work and the services offered. However, in case of increase or change in scope of work the rates will be revised.
CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS
The following infrastructure and facilities for smooth operation and promot service to the Client site will be required to be provided by Client.
KITCHEN
Adequate areas and equipment (major & minor) for production of food &beverages for dining areas would have to be provided for by the client.These areas should be tiled,well lit, have adequate water, drainage, exhaust & fresh air supply facility.
STORES
Sufficient space / shelves, storage containers / bins for dry storce,
disposable service were and cold room for vegetables. Bottle cooler for
chilling of soft drink bottles, tetra pack juice, etc. should be
provided. S /Steel shelves, work tables (with & without castors), multi
purpose trolleys, S/Steel sinks, industrial weighing scale pot & pans,
are a few of the essential equipment a must for the operation.
EQUIPMENT
All necessary kitchen equipment required for food production will have
to be provided and maintained by the client.
FURNITURE / FIXTURE, FITTINGS, MAINTENANCE AND OTHERS.
The furniture, fitting , furnishing ,& other requirements for dining room and other areas would have to be provided and maintained by the Client. Maintenance / repairs& replacement of major & minor operational & kitchen equipment shall be done by the Client. If Client wishes to get these done by the contractor, the same will be e carried out, towards thish service, client needs to reimburse the actual cost on.
repair / maintenance together with service charge.
CROCKERY, CUTLERY, GLASSWARE
All requirements of crockery, cutlery, glassware, tableware& linen ( where applicable) will be provided by Cliant. All replacement of crockery, cutlery and glassware would also be bome by the Client.
WATER, ELECTRICITY
The Client at their cost will provide adequate supply of electricity & water.
STAFF FACILITIES
A staff change cum rest room with toilets and separate dining room for staff would be required at site. Suitable and habitable furnished accomodation for staff must be provided by the Client inclusive of electrical and fittings,etc. to ensure hygiene and cleanlinees of staff. Manager to have one separate room in the premises to give the best services.
COMMUNICATION FACILITY
An internal communication network betwen areas within the canteen & the administrative offices would be required to be provided by the Client.
LICENSES
The Client will procure all licenses required for canteen in the premises
LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR GUEST-HOUSE
Handling incoming & outgoing laundry and get the lines laundered with suitable detergents, cleaning agents etc.
Maintaining stock of linen and segregation of condemed or discarded linen for writing off.
Caterer will provide laundry slips to resident rooms and record details in a logbook such as names,
I.D.NOS.,number of pices of laundry etc.
All residents personal laundry will be have to be placed in a laundry bag along with slips duly filled out.
Provide a daily laundry services for personal clothing. Including work clothes. All bills for personal clothing must be settled by GUEST directly as per the agreed pricelist.
While every care is taken to furnish the best laundry service INDIAN CATERERS will not accept responsibility for any loss / damage. Shrinkage, fraying, discoloration, loss of buttons, ornaments or anything left in the pockets.
Change and launder linen every alternate day or more often (if necessary) in case of new “check in”.
Freshly washed bath and face towel to be provided to each guest on a daily basis.
Supply of water and electricity will have to be provided by the client at his own cost.
Ironing Board Irons, Washig machine etc. for efficient laundry services will have to be provided by the Client.
Dry cleaning will be charged on actual.
Launder and maintain clothing for employees of caterer.
Carpets, curtains, blankets and all dry cleaning items such as upholstery, tapestry are not in laundry services, however, we shall arrange for the necessary services to be provided at extra cost.
